Can I upgrade from one package to another?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and pay only the difference between the package prices. The upgrade turnaround time is 3–5 business days for Starter to Professional, and 5–7 business days for Professional to Executive, because we align the extra deliverables with your original materials and revised direction.

Are revisions included?

Yes — every revision is delivered by email as a clearly marked updated file (or set of files) plus a summary of every change made. Revisions must be requested within each package's revision window.

What counts as a revision (in scope):
• Starter: one round within 7 days of delivery. In-scope changes include minor formatting tweaks (font, spacing, or section order), adding or replacing ATS keywords, small headline/summary edits, and correcting typos or factual errors.
• Professional: two rounds within 30 days. In scope are everything in Starter plus cover letter adjustments for one new target role, LinkedIn section edits (headline, about, or 2–3 experience bullets), and mock-interview feedback applied to documents.
• Executive: unlimited revisions during the 90-day partnership. In scope include board-narrative refinements, leadership story positioning, P&L impact framing, executive tone alignment, and LinkedIn thought-leadership positioning.

What requires an upgrade or separate add-on (out of scope):
• A complete new target-role pivot or rewrite beyond the included cover-letter count.
• Adding a new deliverable not in the package (e.g., second resume version, executive bio, board narrative, additional interview session).
• Career-transition strategy requiring deep repositioning or new industry research.
• Revisions requested after the package's revision window has closed.
All in-scope revisions are returned within 2–3 business days.

It takes 10–14 business days and includes a board-ready resume, executive bio, board narrative, executive LinkedIn brand, personal branding strategy, two interview sessions, salary negotiation coaching, and unlimited revisions throughout the 90-day partnership. In-scope revision examples at this level include board-narrative refinements, leadership story positioning, P&L impact framing, and executive tone alignment across all career documents. Out-of-scope requests (for example, a second resume written for a different industry, a new board narrative for a separate board seat, or work beyond the 90-day partnership window) are quoted as an upgrade or separate add-on.
